Who can register on this site?

1. Independent Property Listers

Independent property owners/managers can register to create an account to create and manage property listings directly on the University of California, Berkeley Off-Campus Rentals website.

2. University of California, Berkeley Students, Faculty, and Staff

Anyone with a current CalNet ID and password can register for a Student, Faculty & Staff Account to search the off-campus rentals, find roommates, and add a property/sublet listing (free of charge for students).

3. Guests

Incoming students, faculty, and staff who have not received a CalNet ID and passphrase yet can register for a Guest account to browse off-campus housing rentals. Once you obtain your login credentials, you can upgrade your guest account to a UC Berkeley affiliate account.
